Deep Value is a research publication operated by ChuJiang Lin ("we", "us"), an individual
established in the People's Republic of China. You can reach us at

What this site sells

We publish written research on US-listed companies. Each report is an opinion built on public
filings and stated assumptions. It is not investment advice, an offer, or a solicitation.
We do not manage money, we do not know your circumstances, and nothing here is a recommendation
to buy, sell or hold any security.

Purchases

Payments are processed by our merchant of record. The merchant of record is the seller of record
for the transaction: it handles the payment, the applicable sales tax or VAT, the invoice, and
the delivery of the file. Its terms apply to the transaction alongside these terms. Where the two
conflict on the mechanics of payment, the merchant of record's terms govern.

Prices are shown in US dollars. The merchant of record adds or includes tax as required by your
jurisdiction.

What you may do with a report

When you purchase a report, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to read
it, store it, print it, and quote short passages with attribution. You may not resell it,
redistribute the file, publish it in full, or use it to train a model for commercial resale.

The free reports on this site are published under the same terms, without payment.

Accuracy and corrections

We build every figure from primary filings and we mark estimates as estimates. Even so, reports
contain judgement and can contain errors. If you find a factual error, write to us within 48 hours
of purchase and we will redo the analysis once at no cost. See the Refund Policy.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any investment loss, lost profit, or
indirect damage arising from your use of this site or any report. Our total liability for any
claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published on this page at the time of
your purchase.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Nothing here removes a
consumer protection right you have under the law of your own country of residence.
